Whether you choose to wander the historic streets, indulge in water sports, or savor a sunset cocktail overlooking the ocean, Key West offers something for everyone to enjoy. What is the best airport to fly to?

For the utmost convenience and proximity to the venue, we recommend booking your flights into Key West International Airport (KEYW). This airport is the closest to the Casa Marina Hotel, where our celebration will take place, ensuring a seamless and stress-free journey to the festivities. Alternatively, if you're looking to enjoy a scenic drive through the beautiful Florida landscape, you can fly into either Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) or Miami International Airport (MIA). From FLL, the drive to the venue takes approximately 4 hours, while from MIA, it's about 3.5 hours. Each option offers its own unique experience, so whether you prioritize convenience or adventure, you can choose the option that best suits your preferences and travel plans.

Do I need to rent a car to get around in Key West?

When it comes to getting around in Key West, nothing will beat exploring the laid-back island, than on your own two feet. Yes, a car might be nice, but in this charming town, you should opt for walking rather than driving.

What is the weather like in Key West in December?

The best time to visit Key West is December through April. In winter, the island rewards visitors with mild temperatures averaging highs in the mid-seventies (about 24℃), sunny days, and little rainfall.

What should I wear?

We are thrilled to invite you to our tropical glam wedding celebration at the breathtaking Casa Marina Hotel in Key West on December 7th 2024. As we embark on this joyous occasion, we want to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and stylish amidst the stunning coastal setting. Theme: Tropical Luxe Dress Code: Coastal Elegant or Beach Formal For the Ladies: Women have the flexibility to choose between a dress, suit, or jumpsuit for the occasion. Embrace the essence of beach formal attire with solid, lighter colors that resonate with the tropical ambiance. Opt for breathable fabrics that flow gracefully in the ocean breeze. Given the sandy terrain, we recommend chunky heels or formal wedge sandals. You may also choose to embrace the beach vibe and go barefoot for our serene ceremony by the sea. Feel free to bring along a pair of formal heels if you prefer for the evening festivities in the ballroom. For the Gentlemen: Men, you have the option of sporting a suit or a combination of a long-sleeved shirt, tie, jacket, and slacks. Keep in mind the coastal elegance by opting for solid colors such as beige and light blue, steering clear of black, cream, and white. Prioritize breathable fabrics like linen, khaki, or seersucker to stay cool and comfortable in the tropical climate. Pair your ensemble with dress shoes or a stylish footwear choice that complements your attire. Please note that shorts and sandals are not suitable for this occasion, ensuring a polished and refined look throughout the festivities. Poolside Relaxation: While our wedding day is dedicated to elegance and celebration, we invite you to save your bathing suits and swim shorts for our Sunday relaxation by the poolside and beach. Embrace the opportunity to unwind and soak up the sun in true Key West style. We are grateful for your presence and look forward to sharing this magical day with you. Let's create unforgettable memories together in the midst of tropical glam and beach formal sophistication.
